1. Subscription Plans

All KIKO Sports subscription plans (Pro, Elite, etc.) and 'Pay as you go' credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Since our services are digital and immediate upon activation, we do not offer trial periods or partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.

2. Venue Booking Refunds

KIKO Sports acts as a platform provider. Refunds for sports bookings made by customers at specific venues are handled as follows:

  • Venue Owner Policy: Each venue owner is responsible for setting their own cancellation and refund policy.
  • Dispute Resolution: Customers must contact the venue owner directly for refund requests. KIKO Sports is not an arbiter for individual booking disputes.
  • Platform Fee: In cases where a refund is processed by a venue owner, the platform convenience fee may remain non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Guidelines

We recommend that venue owners clearly state their cancellation windows (e.g., "Full refund if canceled 24 hours prior") on their respective facility descriptions.

4. Error in Billing

If you believe you have been billed in error by KIKO Sports (e.g., a double charge for a subscription), please contact our billing support within 7 days of the transaction.
