Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Window
At KIKO Sports (Ai Space), we value your time and the availability of our partner venues. Users can cancel a ground or venue booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
2. Refund Processing
If a cancellation is made within the valid 2-hour window, we will process your refund as follows:
- Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the slot are eligible for a refund.
- A small administrative/transaction charge will be deducted from the total booking amount.
- The remaining balance will be credited back to the original payment source or user wallet.
3. Mandatory Procedures
To ensure a smooth refund process, the following conditions must be met:
- The user must inform the venue owner regarding the cancellation.
- The cancellation status must be updated directly within the KIKO Sports app/platform.
- Refunds are subject to individual venue owner confirmation and KIKO Sports' final approval (conditions apply).
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time are strictly non-refundable. No-shows at the venue will also result in a total loss of the booking amount.
5. Subscription & Credits
Platform subscription fees and prepaid credit purchases are non-refundable as they provide immediate access to digital services and platform features.
